[GAMEPLAY] Can't bind another Target with 'Black Spear'

On Kalista (I did not try this out on Summoners Rift), you should be able to change the binding target. Just bought another 'Black Spear' and wanted to bind a better target.

  1. Use Black Spear to bind a target
  2. Buy another Black Spear to bind another target, and use it (even waited a long time and changed targets)
  3. Even after you used Black Spear, there will be shown a cooldown (10 sec) and you hear the sound [nothing else happens, neither the binding partner stops, nor the Spear appears on the ground]

I tried this one time and it happened the whole game (25 minutes or so) in ARAM.

You have to change within the first 3 minutes.

You're not supposed to be able to switch your Soulbound target except for the first couple of minutes. This is just to help mitigate the issues that would come up if your first choice goes afk.

If she was allowed to switch targets later in the game, she would just bind her support first and switch to the initiator once mid-game rolls around. There would be very little decision-making involved. The current method forces Kalista to commit.
