Not getting the Game Invitation [Legacy Client]

When I was queuing up in the old legacy client, it would say a game has started, however, I do not get the option for me to either accept or decline. This has only occurred to me through the legacy client. I have received a 25 Minute time wait for queuing up even though i could not do anything. This has happened three times.
