Relaxify for 5 seconds and click on the very clear warning in the client showing that they are fixing it.
matchmaking issues is pretty vague terminology. what if we think matchmaking issues is just who u are matched up with and the problem that is happening right now is different?
they need to be clear with us.

Locking multiplayer modes and saying you need to be level 30 is not exactly what one expects when they refer to "matchmaking issues".
Many of those posts were made before the warning. I feel like you are just as guilty as those who reasonably assumed they were being punished with lowpriority queue, given that almost everyone has had a situation that they believe could be seen as a punishable offense and the queue time was exactly what the 2nd level of leaverbuster is supposed to be. In fact I wrote a post because I discovered the post on the new leaverbuster system while looking for answers to why I have a 5 minute queue time. I find a new system whose 2nd level is 5 minute queue time. I have a 5 minute queue time and something a little shady just happened. Coincidence? Apparently but come on it looked like a slam dunk. Hindsight is 20/20 as they say, something riot is saying as I write this.
Edit: I said just as guilty but I meant just as guilty or more so, given that I believe thats the case with me as I have explained. So by a very small and inconsequential margin I was more in the right than you. Is my post petty? Yes. Im working on it.
Final edit: I see you have taken out the judgmental portion of your op. I'll leave my post and we will be the only ones who know why my post was at one point relevant.
