Random and severe frame drops

Hello, as the title says, my pc is experiencing severe frame drops when playing lol. I saw it go in the 0,5 once and it happens quite a lot but random. I repaired my client and followed the guide on the support site; the one with capping fps at 60 and unchecking prediction. My pc specs are : Ryzen5 1600@stock, 16gb ram@3kmhz, gtx 1060 6gb. Any possible fixes on my end?
