Is This a Bug?

Well, I "left" a ranked game, due to a technician coming over to my house during my game, and thus, taking out the internet for a fair amount of time. After I came back, I went into queue again, but I was in lower priority queue. Okay, it seems fair. So, I wait 20 min...

However, after the lower priority queue part was done, it wouldn't queue me with anyone until I relogged. All I wanted to do was to play a game before my soccer game :(

Please help!
