Legendary Skin Purchase, no mystery gift.
I purchased two legendary mystery skins and have received no mystery skins in the process. This of course has been during the Snowdown event: Legendary Snowball.
Is there supposed to be a delay or something?

No, it was today.
This is weird, I play on the Korean Server and changed my locale from KR to NA and then bought a Legendary skin, and in doing so, I unlocked and got the animation of a mystery Gift, of Super Awesome Teemo. But I didn't receive anything when my Locale was set as Kr.
What do you mean you purchased? Isn't the event from receiving gifts?
No, you can buy legendary for your self and still receive.
I did it today and it worked fine for me
I purchased Dragon Trainer Tristana 3 days ago (23 Dec) and have yet to receive any Mystery Skin. I made a support ticket 3 days ago and was told it was being transferred to their dedicated team for shop issues. The holidays have likely delayed all support activity. In any case, the bug is real, and there are people still affected by it as of the 26th.
I may be totally wrong, but I thought this only applied to if you got a legendary skin in a mystery gift.
