[Gameplay]Taliyah unable to use active items (Ultimate interaction bug?)
I was playing Glacial Augment Taliyah in a normal game and at some point i was unable to use my items. I don't know what caused it but using my ultimate made me able to activate them again
I will provide screenshots showing the items greyed out. When i pinged the items it would say "X - 0 charges" I will also link a screenshot of my runes if that might have any significance
