Zed Energy bug?

Ive noticed that zed's tooltip on his energy says he regens 10 per second. i looked closely and it only regens 5. is this a bug or just a false tooltip?

Lol it regens 5 energy every .5 seconds. So in one second it regens the correct amount of energy, 10.
