Champion select issues

Ok so this has happened to me three times in the past week before and after the newest patch. When I choose a champion but later select a different one I hear the champions "catch phrase" such as j4 saying "by my will" but the area where you choose your champion goes black. It shows I have j4 so I lock on but gives me a different champion. I had ahri and got amumu mid. I chose jax and got Shen top. And just a moment ago I chose wukong and got fiora. I only lost one of my games but this is definately a problem. Getting stuck with champs that are not good for my lane and/or matchup or don't work with teamcomp. If anyone has any ideas or comments plZ say something.
