Game crash . Computer freeze after picking heroes . (CRASH)

It's been almost 4 or 5 month that i dont play . so now i wanted to . lol as instal the update open again , join a game , pick my heroe and after that when its time to enter the loading my pc froze before that ....

i try to uptade windows ( windows 7 ) update my graphic card driver and all these things

run as administrator .

still do the same things ... and every things that i googled is not really clear and its like from past year ...

so if someone can help me with that i will be happy ! thx
