League "Username or password is incorrect. Please try logging in again." bug

Hey guys! I tried to log in to league of legends a few minutes ago and play a game with my friends. However, we had an issue logging in. The client just shows "Username or password is incorrect. Please try logging in again." again and again even though we made sure we typed the correct password multiple times. Does anyone know what is going on?

P.S. We are players outside of the NA who play on the NA server, is it possible that the issue occurred because of this?
