[GAMEPLAY] Brand ignite+q not stuning
As title say ignite+q don't stun target. Probably this changed after rework. 100% occurrence in practice tool.

Why would it stun them? Brand Stun specifically references that the target has to be BLAZE which is his passive. not just on fire from anything.
Ignite doesn't proc passive on brand. Only his abilities do.
I've been playing Brand since S3 and never once has it worked like that.
