My friend buought me a lot of skins I have no idea why i lost ton of skins and one cham. can someone help me to find out why?****

Some people have had fraudulently earned RP/IP removed (or the equivalent thereof)
Basically people found using illegitimate referrals in the Refer-A-Friend program have had the amount equivalent to the fraud points removed from their accounts. This includes RP, IP, and some extra IP that was earned with any boosts given. If the stuff you are missing was gifted, the friend would have been the one hit by this system.

As these were skins gifted to you by a friend, chances are they were hit by this Refer-A-Friend issue. Please speak with your friend about this :-) Thanks!
