Constantly freezing in champ select at 0s left...

So I've come back to league recently, left a couple times for long periods of time due to the pure toxicity this game breeds. Anyways, what is happening is I will be in champ select and it will basically freeze while the timer runs down to 0s. I can still chat and I am still connected to the internet and everything else works fine. I have a powerful pc as well. So if I manage to pick my champ before it freezes I can then leave the champ screen (but I have to time it right or it will be a dodge as I have to leave once the game is loading but I cannot actually see it get to that point) and rejoin. This is my only way to get in game. Last night it counted as a dodge for my promos so that's cool. Right now I have a 30min dodge timer because it happened 3 times in a row. I have found many posts from around a year ago with this issue and no fixes.

So I will probably just quit again and maybe check the game out again in a year or so and maybe it's been fixed. Kind of happy to be honest, everytime I come back to the game I last maybe a month and remember why I quit. Never played another game in my life that forces you to be griefed by your own team and punishes you for leaving. I have had many of those 5 game queue penalties because when I have a super toxic team with a person doing stuff like going top to troll the other top and int feeding I will simply type in chat that I'm not going to let you grief me and I will leave. This game punishes people who don't allow these griefers to grief them. Just a rant now. Peace out have a nice day. See you in a year or so maybe.
