[GAMECLIENT] Freeze/Lockup on tabbing out in windowed.

Since the latest 6.22 Patch, my game keeps freezing for about 30-60 seconds whenever it loses focus. This includes tabbing out or some window popping up in front.

  • Game runs in borderless windowed mode
  • Using the alpha pvp.net client for 2 months
  • Never happened ever before
  • Switching to fullscreen results in a crash
  • Nvidia GTX 960 GPU in multi-display mode Full DxDiag

UPDATE: Bug is related to Windows10/Xbox DVR disable it in the xbox app to fix the freezes
