Transfer Bug?

I wanted to transfer my account from EUW to NA. I did it today and i wanted my name to be ShadowFlasher on the new server, it turns out after i entered the name and press confirm, i log out and log in, it turns out a weird name, i wish i can name my self again

If you have an issue with your name change and/or transfer, submit a Support Ticket and they may be able to help you out.
