Not Able to Download League of Legends, Please Help!

I have been trying to reistall League of Legends on my laptop since September of 2014, and have had no luck. It is not a problem with my internet connection. I have tried installing on my wireless at home, at school and using an Ethernet cord to make it easier for my computer to connect. I can download the patcher, but I can leave it for hours and it will give me an error message that says the install was unsuccessful and will exit out of the launcher. I have tried uninstalling and reistalling the game at least four times now. I have also tried starting the patcher using "run as administrator", which made it seem like it was running better, but I still got the error message and it kicked me out of the launcher. I have also tried making sure my firewall isn't trying to block out League of Legends and it's sister programs, and still no luck.

I've gotten to the point where I have started deleting things I dont need on my computer, like old music to make room in case its an issue with space. I have deleted more than 5GB of space, and still nothing. I'm not sure what else to try, or if im the only one who hasnt been able to download the game for months now.

I just wanna play League with my roomate :( and not just wait till he goes to sleep and use his computer!
