Jarvan basic attack bug

[gameplay] the problem is that today (20-7-2015) his basic attacks dont have a animation. i wish i could let it see on YT but there's something wrong with my YT account. the passive didnt work also. i was playing with a friend and he saw the same as i did. so the problems are:

• some of his basics don't have an animation
• his passive doesnt work.

i hope you can see it yourself. by the way i played with fnatic jarvin.
