I need help with the league client :(

When i start searching for a game,the accept/decline icon doesnt show up.It shows up when i click to cancel the searhing.Sometimes it does show up.I accept and thenmy champ select is like mid freeze.I can click on everything,but it doesnt make changes.I can click to change runes/summoner spells but itll say somtething like "cant change runes/summoner spells".Cant change champs too.Im sending this,because even though ive tried everything (like hextech repair tool and manually reinstalling) i manage to get the game to not do that for a certain amount of time.I could play the game for like 3-4 days,then it does what i mentioned before.after a certain amount of reinstallations,the reinstalling stops working too.I cant fix it by reinstalling.Please help :(
