[GAMEPLAY] Pinging Health Pack timer on Howling Abyss came back "Alive" when it was not

When playing on the Howling Abyss, I attempted to ping the timer of a health pack to let my teammates know it would be up soon (it had about 15 seconds left at the time). When pinging it, however, it came back saying "Alive".

Steps taken for bug to occur:

1. Have health pack be unavailable
2. Hold Tab for overlay to appear
3. Press G and then click on the timer for the appropriate health pack
4. Chat reply showed "Alive" when it had roughly 10 seconds left. Pinging multiple times came back with the same result.

Because of the nature of this bug, I'm not sure if I would be able to reproduce it. Later in the game, when the same health pack was down, pinging the timer came back with the correct time.
