thrown out of the game without logging out

hi riot, i just experience a bug in the last game i had before this report, i got thrown out of the game without logging out,right at 2/3 of the game,i was wondering if i got hacked or something, its so annoying,but this is the first time it happen to me....any idea what happen there??thank you all
