Champion Select Bug

Second time in two days where I start a rank game and it can't load the champ select. I sit there because it says its loading but I can't see anything. If I cancel the loading, I sit in champ select without being able to see literally anything. No champs, no people on my team, no picks on the other team. If I exit, I lose lp and get a 6 minute deserter issue. This is getting rather annoying. Running a top of the line custom rig with 14mb/s download speed internet. This should not be occurring.
