Health bar and tab screen {Gameplay}

so i recently had a game, and the bar at the bottom of the screen for health (underneath the abilities) was black. I was playing and from the start of the game it was just this way. i didn't know why, but it was. (it could be something to do with as soon as i got into game i changed to colour blind mode) another thing that i noticed when i first got into game was that when i clicked tab, everyone was stacked on top of each other, this eventually fixed it self later in the game. these are not game breaking bugs, but i thought i would let you guys know that this is a thing.
