Black Screen Before Champion Select

Okay, this has happened to me a bunch of times. So I log into league, and launch and everything is good. I start a match (5v5 summoners rift, normal, blind pick) and I'm waiting to be put into queue. Then it pops up, asking me to join the game, I accept, and I get put into the queue.

Then I am taken to a black screen. I can still see the "x" and "-" buttons, as well as the league of legends border (with the friends icon, notification icon, etc.)

To fix this problem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled roughly 5 times. It works, but then all of a sudden it stops working. I have deleted the latest version and updated again. Same thing. I tried my account on my friends PC, and it worked. However I seem to constantly have issues.

I use a Lenovo Idea Pad with an intel Core i7. My graphics drives are up to date. I do not know if it is a connection error or something, but I don't seem to be the only one having this problem. Please help if you have a solution.
