Blood Moon Capsules Bug

Yesterday my friend and I saw the bug on the store that allowed players to purchase the capsules for 1 BE each. I didn't purchase any because I thought that the capsules would just give an error when you tried to purchase them. My friend however did purchase them and now sits on 150+ skin shards 10000+ OE and 12 gemstones. He did buy the Prestige Aatrox skin and it was reverted however he is now running around summoners rift with Soulstealer Vayne as well as countless other skins. I'm not gonna lie i'm kind of upset/jealous because as a PAYING customer it sucks when I've payed real money to 'enhance' my gaming experience and others just stumble upon a bug and gets a free pass. A riot member said on twitter that the capsule bought with 1 BE aren't gonna be reverted but the prestige tickets are. As a loyal paying customer I was gonna buy a $50 RP for the new champ/skin and the firecracker Vayne skin, but now i'm not so sure. There a countless tweets about players getting 100+ skin shards, one guy even got 250 skin shards and 21 gemstones..like wtf. If you are gonna revert everything then i'll be really happy and i'll continue being a loyal supporter/customer, if you plan on leaving things as is its only fair that you compensate other players by giving them at least a few capsules..i'm not saying 25+ but more like 4/5 to keep loyal customers happy

Update: He got the Prestige Aatrox skin when he re-rolled some skin shards and he now has it :)

This is infuriating as someone who has spent so much money on this game and didn't abuse a bug.

Damn, it’s beginning to really upset me that they took advantage of this and are getting away with it. I’ve spent money (more than I care to admit) and endless hours on this game grinding for rewards, and a situation like this can’t help but make me feel like my collection is worthless in Riot’s eyes.

If Riot’s worried about a mass of people leaving their game for the likes of URF, they’ve got another thing coming with this mess. We’re talking about the value of products here. We’re talking about players being told that those thousands of dollars they’ve spent on the game is an absolute joke, and they should go fuck themselves because they were stupid enough to invest in a seemingly reliable company.

I, personally, am considering boycotting the game as a whole, which I’ve never done. Going to take my money to a company that gives enough of a shit about their players and the products they obtain.

It's not their fault that your friend is dishonest, mate.

Nor is it your friend's fault that there was a bug.

It was a bug. What exactly are you proposing that they do here?

Today, I was hesitating buying these 10 Bloodmoon capsule.... time passes... I still hesitate.. I finally bought them. I was happy, I got kinda cool stuffs but was hoping better anyway (just the fun to do openings). And now, I found that topic. I didn't believe it or didn't want to. So I did some researches and read on reddit a same post as yours and saw many videos where people get what I've got x10000000000000, while they got it for free, and I litteraly paid 50euros. IM SO FCKG UPSET WTH.[sg-ahri-1]

This will be the last time I'll be charging RP if things don't change. I really ask for a revert or any compensation, like seriously... this is bs.

Tbh after hearing about the exploit I’m quite upset I didn’t log in sooner yesterday. I’m very annoyed to hear everyone got to keep the skins
