He sure can. I've no doubt Riot will take forever to fix this (if ever) even though being able to cap bot turret before anyone gets out of base is stupidly broken, but I've come to expect no less. Good thing to come back to after 5 months, I know not to spend any money. I know who I'm buying with IP next though!
