Unable to see overlays

I have recently played 3 games of league ever since the new patch has come out. Until no wi have never had any problems with the game. However, recently. After i join the game i cannot see the game overlays. I.e Health, map, abilities etc etc So, naturally, i tried to fix the problem myself. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not fixed. The only thing ive seemed to get for myself is a nice 5 game low priority ban because i can tplay the game properly. Please help with this issue so i can return to the rift.

• Happens when i enter game
• Unable to see Overlays
• When i die. i see them for a split second then disappears
