Unable to see Emotes on Kayn

When playing Kayn, if you use any of the emotes you can't see them because his health bar is blocking the majority of them, which is a bit sad because how am I supposed to give a thumbs up on my failed ganks?

Seriously though can the y axis for them be adjusted because I've bought some emotes and no one can see them.
