Pantheon

I was wondering if this was a mistake or if it really was meant to be like this. With Pantheon's E, Heartbreaker's Strike, and Warlord's Bloodlust, was the heal from that taken away or was it just a bug? The first patch with the new changes, it was working. The next patches since then it haven't. When I first noticed it, I thought it was just a bug. Now that I've played him a few times, I'm not so sure.
