No champion icon bug

I encountered this bug a few times, when i am entering in picking a champion i can see the name of the players and everything but i cant choose a champion or ban one because no champion icon appears its just the normal image in the middle without anything and this led into losing my series, please resolve this bug

i feel you Bro, lost like 200 Lp cause of that bug... [sg-janna] Also i reported the bug to Riot but all options they gave me to fix it didnt worked...
