Random flashing, tabbing and shop popping up [Gameplay][Client]

Hey guys,

This doesnt happen all the time, but sometimes, during fights or lane farming, when I use a spell, the game opens up the scoreboard (tabs), opens up the shop (P) and/ or flashes/heals (whatever summoner spell i have that can be used). Something that might be important to note is that I cannot use any spell or clear the scoreboard and shop screens until I click enter (this does not open the chatbox as what usually happens when you press enter), then press the respective button (Tab or P or QWER etc). This tends to happen atleast twice per game, averaging maybe 3 times p.g. I can still enjoy the game for the most part, but it does give me a huge disadvantage if my summoner spells are mostly on coolddown and i have two screens blocking my view xD

Does anyone experience the same and/or have any ideas whatsup?

I have done the client repair twice, i've reinstalled. I've also copied files off someone that doesnt have this problem as far as i know. I've also checked the keyboard thoroughly and i have never noticed any discrepancy with my keyboard until im in a LoL game :/
