[CLIENT] After i accept to join a rank game it wont show me the champions to lock in

I was on my promos and when I was on the screen to pick a champion it wouldn't show me any champion to play and I wouldn't let me lock any random champion which eventually made me dodge the game since time ran out. this bug forced me to dodge a game which made me lose my promos. FIX THIS BUG BECAUSE IM TILTED
