Yuumi - potential bug

I've been playing Yuumi a lot lately. I think this character has a bug that impacts who Yuumi is attached to when that champion is next to the enemy champion respawn zone. Near the end of the game when your host is standing near that zone, I've seen them frequently run into it and die abruptly. I thought this was just a kamikaze player. But the frequency that this is happening makes me suspicious of a Yuumi bug.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I just played Intermediate bots and had 3 champions run into the enemy respawn zone while attached to 1 of them. We are all right together. This HAS to be a bug.
