[Client] Cannot access summoner profile and other client graphic glitches
When accessing the summoner profile I get an error message and any subsequent clicks on the view summoner profile button will make the button not respond. I have attempted to restart my client and the same issue continues to occur.
I have also found other graphical glitches in the client such as the summoner icons window, creating a custom game and selecting summoner spells.

The problems started occuring after a ranked champion select graphical glitch where I pressed the expand champion list button right after I locked in my champion. Various UI elements in the champion select disappeared including summoner spells, selecting runes and masteries. I do not know if this is a reliable way to reproduce the problem and I did not save a screenshot for that particular bug.
