Bard's Q hits a target at close range but it doesn't reach the second target.

As if Bard isn't difficult enough there's a glitch with Bard's Q. I feel as if that if you hit your Q onto a target at close range (I see mostly point blank range) the second target doesn't get hit and therefore doesn't count as a stun even though his Q arrow skillshot icon indicates that it should hit which is very frustrating. The best example I could show since I cbb recording is when Godfred used Bard. For this video the fight starts at 0:47 and Godfred uses his Bard Q at 0:52 where he hits a minion at close range but it does not hit Thresh the second target and thus doesn't count as a stun making them lose that fight. I watched the video many times to ensure that his Q didn't hit Thresh because he wasn't in range or the angle was incorrect or because Thresh might of been still at Zhonya's state and that it didn't hit Thresh because of a glitch. Can anyone approve of this?

Bard his Q becomes a different projectile with ~450 range when it hits something. Resulting in extended or shortened Q. Pretty sure it is intended.
