Tier One for the Runes in Shop isn't working - server crashes

Hi! I was trying to get my runes in order and sort 'em out. I wanted to start with Tier One and as a default, it shows Tier Three in the shop. When clicking EITHER Tier One OR Tier Two, the whole server just crashes, tells me it "crashed unexpectedly" and has a couple issues getting back up and running. Not sure if it's just my shop/i'm doing something wrong or if it's happening to anybody else.
