I got leaverbuster because i lost connection

So it was around 11:40 AM and i was going to play a ranked flex game with my friend Jhin Nautilus ...it all went normal as always until i got to the loading screen. I was thrown out and said that i wasnt connected....but my wi-fi was working, my connection was normal and my ping was around 45...So after i got kicked out of the loading screen i launched League...it would not launch...i tried several times and it didnt work...5 minutes passed and i succeded to launch the game...and then i got the leaverbuster...Rito pls

yeah I got leaverbuster for 5 games for 20 minutes.. i rarely if ever leave a game and I got that punishment for my ISP having an outage across the country. cmon dude.

I've actually ran into this multiple times (every 5 games or so). I've found that waiting until the game loads (all players are actually in the game) allows you to reconnect. May be an issue with trying to connect to a game that's in the process of being made. But if it happens again, give it about a minute then try again. This way, you won't miss out on anything early game (leashing, getting first minions in wave etc.) and can avoid penalties.

Edit** Might take a minute or so for the game to be made, so try again around 90 seconds and 2 minutes (should still be good because with the load time of other players should still join the match pre-90 second mark).

I have had this issue of not being able to load into game after champ select 3 games in a row. I jget stuck with the reconnect button, press til the cows come home and never get into game. have to do a repair client and relog into client to stand a chance of getting into the game.

And I got the same thing and we here nothing from riot. Im about done with this game. Riot you probably have 1 year left as a company since you never respond to anyone. pooor Customer Service.
