i admit i deserve this, but something has to be tweaking over here...
everytime i queue, i wait for 10 minutes, which i don't mind, but after that it restarts again and goes on forever??
is this a bug or do i have to wait for an hour??

Same crap has been happening to me. What really grinds my gears is that I've been placed in this shit queue because after the 3.17 a lot of people playing on mac started getting random crashes.
The only thing I've found to work is queueing with a friend. It will still make you wait 10-20 minutes, but you won't get stuck in an infinite loop. But now I've finally played through 5 games, and it is STILL MAKING ME WAIT IN THIS QUEUE. Im about to lose my mind. not only are these punishments extremely harsh, they are completely bugged. Ive stared at 20 minute timers for hours now the last couple days. I just want to fucking play
