System Notification Before Match

So I ran into this two times in a row. I got into champ select, everyone selected their champs and then when the timer hit 0 the lobby sent a message saying system notification and we waited for the game to send us to loading screen. Shortly after this happened the lobby timed out and we were all sent back to the main screen of the client. I logged out and reopened the client and it worked after that but I had players in my next lobby complaining about the same issue. Anyone know what this issue comes from and is riot trying to fix it?
