Loading Crash(?)

So, after starting a game (ARAM specifically) the screen went to black, like it usually does before the loading screen comes up. Thing is, I've been waiting here, and the loading screen won't come up, it just stays black. Going to Task Manager says that the game isn't responding, and closing it and relogging says that I've left the game in progress, and prompts me to join back. Thing is, the same thing keeps happening over and over again. Is there anything I can do?

Edit: It happened again, the VERY NEXT GAME. This time it gave me a DirectX video card error, though. I really don't wanna get the leave penalty for something that isn't my fault.

Edit #2: Well, I fixed it by restarting my PC. Goddammit.
