Yasuo cannot move or cast abilities for a brief period after using Last Breath (R) [GAMEPLAY]

After using his ultimate, Yasuo sometimes is unable to move or cast abilities for a brief period. It has happened to me twice today alone so I recreated it in a bot game. It happened on my very first ult attempt, so it's not that rare. The link is a video of the bot game and the occurrence of the bug.
