Not Receiving Legacy Rune Icon

Over the update of IP converting to BE there was a special icon given out to people owning a legacy rune I beileve. my friend has a colorful icon, relating to runes in some way, and i do not. I know for a fact that I owned one legacy rune. I did not however, own every rune, so maybe this is the case? Would love some clarification on the icon, and perhaps get the icon too? thanks
