[Client]Cant buy runes that you have alredy regardless of tier

Hello the issue occurs in the shop section of the Client. Step 1: Buy all runes Tier 2. Step 2: Buy all runes Tier 3. Step 3: Notice that you cant buy runes that have the same effect. For example lets say i have rrunes Tier 2 that reduces CD if you try to buy Runes Tier the shop does not allow it.
