[GAMEPLAY] Patch 5.14 - No chat buttons

Hello. As the title implies, I have no Send or Send All chat buttons when I open my chat. This happened after patch 5.14 went live, here's a screenshot: http://imgur.com/YCQux8i This also happens on Howling Abyss and Butcher's Bridge. I tried resetting to Default Settings and changing HUD size and flipping the Map, still the same result. No big deal but its annoying to have to write /all everytime >.<
