[GAMEPLAY] Tracker's Knife only holds one Smite charge on Sejuani

In a game yesterday, I purchased the Stalker's Blade enchantment on Sejuani and immediately sold it for a Tracker's Knife. After purchasing the item, I noticed that the Smite summoner spell stopped charging after one charge. Upon using the smite, the cooldown always became 75 seconds, and the spell never had two charges.

  1. Purchase the Stalker's Blade jungle item on Sejuani with Smite summoner spell.
  2. Immediately sell the item for a Tracker's Knife.
  3. Wait for the Smite spell to reach one charge.

This only happened to me yesterday, and as far as I know it has only happened to me as Sejuani.

This just happened to me in my most recent game as Nocturne. I bought the Tracker's Knife jungle item and immediately hit undo. I then bought Caulfield's Warhammer and decided to wait a bit for gold to buy the Tracker's Knife also. Once I bought the items my smite charge was stuck on 1. It didn't immediately get rid of my second charge because when I smited the first time back it only went on a 15 second cooldown(while only displaying 1 charge), but after using the next smite it would not hold a charge past 1.

It also happened to me yesterday while I was playing Ekko. Same thing with hitting undo and the Tracker's Knife.
