Scaling values are not correct for "Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana Regen" (Riot can't math)

As seen in the picture, Glyphs give 0.06 per level, for a total of 1.2 at level 18.

0.06 regen/level * 18 levels only yields 1.08 regen at level 18.

Huh. Weird.

Have you checked it out to see if it's the per-level value that's wrong, or the lvl18 value?

Yeah I remember noticing something like that on one of the runes a couple months ago. Forgot about it, so maybe my pages are suboptimal now.

I bet it's cause there's more to the number than just .06, and it's just rounded that way.
