possible to connect but unable to join fights

Hi, i just installed the latest update, i connected i chose to play a draft game but in the en of cool down i got an error message indicating a problem in "stub.dll" file, instead i got a reconnect window and same thing appears every time i clic on reconnect, I tried to shut down my antivirus or anti malware that may prevent this file to work properly but same problem persists. Please i need your help!
