Can't buy the Variant Discounts in the shop for 1 BE (on the PBE)

First off, the reason I am reporting my bug here (for the PBE), is because it won't let me post using the "REPORT A BUG" webpage.

Now for the actual bug on the PBE server, it's the Variant Discounts for Lunar Eclipse Leona , Pajama Guardian Lulu , Pajama Guardian Lux , Pajama Guardian Miss Fortune and Pajama Guardian Soraka .

They seem to be purchasable for 742 RP or 1 BE, but when selected the only available option is to purchase with RP (which I cannot do, due to the fact that I do not receive RP daily).
