in every game 3 or 4 members get disconected 2 3 times no premades just random kicks from game plus FPS drop from 160 to 40 how hard could it be to fix the game....

This is likely not a fault of Riot games (when it does, there are usually server wide announcement). As ISP and connections can be quite complicated in EUNE(too many countries, too many different ISPs), any link may cause your problem.

This website can help tracks your problem, although it's still in beta, and I'm not sure if it's available in EUNE yet.

Some fixes have been implemented this recent patch, more coming next patch with a new particle rendering system. They broke their game with all the preseason patches. Some causes of lags have been identified and fixed in 7.24. (performance on my machine is okay now, it was also terrible past patch). Others are coming in 8.1.
