Riot Glitched: VIDEO PROOF - Please fix [PATCH 5.20]

Me and my friends were playing ranked earlier today, and when we were in match making. My username randomly switched into "SharpSheep". My original username was T33mo %%% senpi, they did it without my permission or anything, just changed my name randomly. Please fix this.

In Match Making:

T33mo %%% senpi joined the room SharpSheep joined the room

(and then my username changed into SharpSheep) (No one named "SharpSheep" was in the actual game, possibly a spectator?)

I paid money for my original username, please refund or do something. It's annoying.

I'll provide a video highlighting the evidence of this glitch Again, please fix this riot. This is unfair and robbery, I spent my money on my username, a refund in Riot Points immediately would be appreciated

Because it breaks the rules. "%%%" falls under the conditions of a slur according to the rules, and it got auto changed. If you want to see if they will allow you to change it to something different, submit a report ticket

Thank you, where can I submit a report ticket? and I had the username for about this whole year, strange why they'd change it while i was in a game and not give any notifications

They sent me an email: As your summoner name was found to be in violation of our Terms of Use, we have changed it to something that is more in line with what we deem is acceptable. You should see your updated name upon your next login.

If you would like a different name than the one provided, we will offer a one-time free name change to a name of your choice only after completing these three steps:

Completion of the survey provided in this email After you have completed the survey, play through 50 games with the name we have provided you Completion of a second survey at the conclusion of these games (the survey can take up to a week to be sent)
